Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and warm in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
Turn one muffin tin upside down and lay one tortilla over each muffin section.
Place the second tin on top of the first muffin tin covered in tortillas.
Bake the tortillas for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Once done, remove from oven and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, cilantro and lime juice from one of the wedges of the lime. Set aside
Cook your ground meat with taco seasoning per package instructions.
To assemble the taco cups, layer the meat and taco toppings of your choice. Meat, lettuce, tomato, sour cream and cheese. Enjoy!
